Can a man's company cover his hair transplant if it can be proven that his baldness affects his

If a man who has to shave his head to hide his premature baldness notices less than positive reactions from guests at the hotel he works at. Can he request the hotel to vouch for the hair transplant to ensure a positive working environment.

Can a man's company cover his hair transplant if it can be proven that his baldness affects his work?

I wouldn't think so. Shaving the entire head seems to shock some people, but if he just let it grow and had the half bald look then people would view him as just another half bald man and think nothing of it. Because of his insecurity on being bald he chooses to shave it and the hotel should not be resposible.

BTW, I shave it too. But I don't care what people think. Been shaving it since I was 17, I recently decided to let it grow out at 32 and found out I was going bald!!!. So I just whacked it off again, it did hurt a little to know I have to shave it now.

Not at a hotel, but probably a newcast anchor would.

why not if it is proven to affect the job.

FFS...is that man really that vain???

That is a very sad question.

Can a man's company cover his hair transplant if it can be proven that his baldness affects his work?

No because a hair transplant is a luxury. My insurance, along with probably all of them, doesn't even cover my glasses because they say they are a luxury.

no---they would tell him to keep working if he doesn't want to they can just hire sum1 who is more confident in their appearance

Depends on insurance they are tricky. I would request a copy of the policy before I do anything or say anything to anyone. Some cosmetic procedures are just plain out. Some insurance can just try to trick you. I do not trust those corporations. Sometimes less is more. I felt like they were threatening to take away all my coverage at one time.
