Hair transplants can't be removed, but any type of extensions can, weaving included.

Hair weaves that are sewed in and bonded can be removed. But if you are looking for a hair weave that can last for a month or more I suggest a sewed in hair weave. Sewed in hair weaves done with human hair can be washed and styled almost anyway you would like. On the other hand if you are looking for something temporary say for a week or two. I would suggest a bonded(the tracks will be glued to your scalp) hair weave. This is a great option if you want a temporary weave. This can also be done with human hair and styled anyway you would like. But I would not suggest washing because the glue will losen and the tracks will begin to come out. If this is going to be your first hair weave I suggest you find a good hair stylist that specalizes in hair extensions to make sure you get the style you want. Just because someone does natural really well doesn't mean they are experienced with extensions.
