I prefer the answer from some one who had it done (from 18 to 40 years old subject) or know some one who did it, also once the hair transplant is done do I have to keep my hair long all the time or how short can be and would you recomend it?

Answering as a woman (since I am a woman, that makes sense), many of us would prefer that you NOT get a hair transplant! - Not only would you end up looking more like my old Barbie after my kid bro shaved her but it won't change who you are. It is a scientific fact that men with certain male pattern baldness have much more testosterone than those will full thick locks.

My baldy brother puts it this way..."I'm not losing my hair, I'm getting more head!"

Just my 40 yr. old opinion.

my bro in law did it about 15 years ago and it was very expensive. He did the hairline around the face. the hair that was transplanted is still there but the rest of his hair on his head is gone (couldn't afford to do it anymore). You should try hair club - I used to work there and it looks VERY natural - they use real hair

Don't do it man! I just saw on TV last night what those hair transplants look like once they are done. Not worth it at all! There was terrible pitting and scarring. A shiny dome is much more attractive and sexy. Baldness is caused by an excess of testosterone and I like my men full of that! You are fine as you are, if you don't like the 1/2 way look then shave the whole thing. Looks great and so easy to care for.

Man, people are wearing their hair cut low anyway or they wear a bald head, it is the style now. My hair started coming out when I was 30, and now I'm 40, I just started sporting a bald head and people love it. Don't worry about that, you will be more sexually with a bald head.
